About us
Who we are
African Holding is a pan-African investment and development company, founded to address the growing need to structure, finance, and implement strategic projects with strong economic, social, and environmental impact. Headquartered in Abidjan, in the heart of Côte d'Ivoire, our organization operates across the African continent with representations in Mali, Senegal, and The Gambia.
Born from the conviction that Africa has the human, natural, and institutional resources it needs for its own transformation, African Holding positions itself as a leading player in structuring large-scale projects. Our model rests on a unique combination of financial expertise, technical mastery, and a dense network of national and international institutional partners.
Our vocation is to turn the ambitions of states, institutions, and private investors into bankable, executable, and sustainable projects, in strict compliance with international standards of governance, transparency, and performance.
As an investment structure, African Holding acts not only as an advisor and project engineer, but also as a co-investor and resource mobilizer, able to support its partners at every stage of a project's life cycle: identification, structuring, financing, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Vision and ambition
African Holding carries a clear vision: to actively participate in building a modern, competitive, and inclusive economy, capable of reaching a higher level of performance and attractiveness.
AH's ambition is to contribute to the emergence of a stronger economic fabric, structured around high-value-added projects that foster job creation, local transformation, and the upgrading of national capabilities.
For African Holding, high added value is not measured solely by financial profitability, but also by the transformational impact each project has on societies, territories, and future generations.
